Have you all checked out everydayfoodstorage.net yet? It is an awesome web site that provides recipes and ideas for how to use your food storage. Since I started using this site, I have actually used powdered milk and went through a can of whole powdered eggs...I never would have thought that I would break these items out and use them! If you haven't looked at the site yet, I highly recommend it.
Oh, and I will post Baptism pictures soon. I know I'm a little behind. Kasen has had a horrible week. He's getting those giant meat-chewing molar teeth and is not handling it well. About 3 weeks ago the ones on the left grew in and now the right side is making an appearance. He is waking up every night which is so unusual for him. He used to go to sleep at 6:30 pm and be out until 7:30 am. That is a mother's dream come true! Well, the dream is over. Maybe I have blocked the other 2 out, but it seems like Kasen has been the hardest baby of the 3. He was really easy for about 8 months in between newborn-hood and now that he's approaching toddler-hood, he's made a 180. Oh, well. I wouldn't trade him for anything. Trust me, I've tried and Jackson won't let me sell him...unless it's to Grandma and Pa!

Teething, colds, flu...... it seems that they always throw something into get off schedule!
We need to go to Honeyville Grain during the holidays. I'd like to try powdered eggs. Did I really say that?
I don't think they're bad at all. I haven't used them straight for scrambled eggs or anything like that but I try to use them in everything that I do that's baking...cookies, etc. I can't tell a difference in the finished product. It helps to stretch those fresh eggs so I have some when I do want something "egg-y."
